"Returned customer who already paid $879. When I politely questioned the diagnostic fee using documented evidence, they asked me to leave instead of having a professional conversation. Extremely pleased with the services provided by manager (Joe) and service writer (Nate). Looking for local service in Powell, OH for German automobile once new car service warranty had expired. Oxford technician completed necessary “B” service and provided a vehicle inspection report verifying the overall condition of operating functions of the vehicle.
