Last time I’ll ever try to take my car to this shop. I booked what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation after seeing the good reviews in Powell. They kept my car all day, then contacted me five minutes before closing to tell me they wouldn’t change the oil because they believed I needed a $900 oil pan replacement. Buyer Beware Another repair shop diagnosed the issue as a simple O-ring repair, yet I was told that a complete transfer case replacement, along with new control arms and bushings, was needed for a vehicle with only 36k miles. Honest enough.
Once again Oxford did a thorough assessment of my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change. The complete diagnostics revealed a few minor issues with my vehicle. I had them take care of a few and am going to have them do the remainder in a few weeks. Once again great service from great people!
