We were very satisfied with the work done on our car at Oxford .. first time we have gone there and will go back!
Everyone at Oxford is extremely helpful... they do what they let me know what needs fixed and what can wait. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them, and tell anyone who asks where I get my car care.
I was able to get a new set of tires in quicker time than competitors. Good price as well. There was a small settings problem with my BMW, but they figured out right away & were able to complete settings I plan on returning for any future maintenance needs
Great experience with Oxford Automotive Powell. They were able to successfully patch a tire on my 2022 Audi Q5 that had a nail hole in it. They also suggested doing the 40k maintenance that was due (spark plugs and brake fluid flush) and it didn’t feel pushy at all. The service advisor (Gabby if my memory serves me correctly) sat down at the table I was sitting at and had a conversation with me about it which I appreciated.
