I needed an enhanced inspection for a salvage vehicle. It is very difficult to find a place to get these done. I finally found Vince at Oxford Auto, and I'm glad I did! He understands the state requirements and procedures inside and out, and he did what needed to be done so I could get the vehicle back on the road. Some of the other reviews complain that he is rude, and there is some truth to that. If you have thin skin, maybe go somewhere else. This is genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a mechanic shop. The owner’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable and unlike anything I have ever experienced from someone running a professional business. Instead of communicating with customers respectfully, he was extremely rude, argumentative, openly cursing, and even calling a customer an idiot.
