I've been coming here for years, "THE" place to go reasonable prices and service is accurate and exceptional!!
Allstate connected me to them and they never showed. The number listed is not the number they gave me. The girl was very nasty. When Allstate tried to call them back they would not answer and voicemail is full.
You are quite fortunate to have found Sal, as an employee for your company! Sal is the man who came to tow my car for Nationwide. He was professional, gracious, courteous, honest and respectful. He kept me informed of his progress toward his arrival. He was respectful of my wish to be present when he towed my car, though this was a certainly an inconvenience. Very rude customer service & awful wait time for towing service (was told 1 hour, waited over 2 hours)
I would recommend these guys to anyone or anybody... whether you have a small ding or your vehicle has been in a major accident... Oxford can handle your needs.. I love the staff there everyone was down to earth and wanted to do all they could to help.. In addition to saving my entire insurance deductible, they also helped me secure a rental even when my insurance company gave me a hard time.. HAHA.. move on to the next one when your car gets towed here! Get it out ASAP, don't sign a THING! Know your rights when you get into an accident--I sure wish I did! Their wreck chaser hoist towed my car after I requested a flatbed. My car was appraised at $16,000 recently. Before the accident it was a $30,000 car.. My car spent day after day in that shop untouched. The underside of the car looks absolutely horrific. They gave me back a car that wasn't even remotely clean.
