I cannot say enough good things about the team at Oxendale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Cottonwood. We were traveling through the area with our RV in tow when our 2024 RAM 2500 threw a "check engine" light. The RAM app showed no problems but we felt it was important to get it checked out even if we had to alter our travel plan. We called The Oxendale Service Department at 1 pm on a Friday afternoon. Long story short, they took our truck in at 2:30, sorted out our options by 2:45 and started the detailed diagnostics. By far the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The staff were very friendly and professional, and not overbearing. The process was super clean cut and And done in a very timely manner.
