Quiet, peaceful community. Staff are friendly and professional; same goes for the maintenance crew who are all efficient and courteous.

I like the residents. The management is absolutely horrible. They share your lease information with the middltown police. Witch is against your privacy rights. The police told me that they need the info to enforce parking witch is a lie and illegal. All they need is the info provided by chapter 74 parking schedules and to read the signage. Think about it, do they have the lease info to enforce parking on street where it's single family homes?? Off course not. It's discrimination against ppl who live in low income housing!!
