I have lived here for 24 years, and I can honestly say this is one of the most beautiful parts of Bloomington. An awesome community of friendly individuals, nice environment and also amazing apartments. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in the twin cities.
Lived here for 1.5 years and very happy with it so far. Great prices for its location, good location itself (next to Festival foods, 35W, and bus station), quiet building with friendly neighbors. No maintenance issues and management is friendly/responsive.
