I've followed Oxberry Group's work for many years. It is a family business, and they have consistently demonstrated a genuine care in improving the city through their developments. Their projects range from shopping centers filled with carefully curated tenants which meet the needs of the neighborhood (Tanglewood Shopping Center), daycare centers (which Houston needs more of!), medical facilities, and exciting new restaurants and coffee shops (Harlow District), which add value to the surrounding homes. The Mondrian looks ok from the front... UGLY from every other angle. Value engineering (cost cutting) by way of liberal use of stucco does NOT look good.
