Been training with these guys for about five years now (!) Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their fitness in a fun outdoor setting. Lots of Sydney locations/times. Every session is unique, trainers are friendly and know their stuff.
I have been training with Own It Fit since lockdown and love training outdoors with great trainers and a great group of people. Also love the variety of sessions on offer and locations around East and inner west.
I have been attending Own it Fit for roughly a year now. I spent 2020 on the couch as I got my head around the pandemic, and was determined not to do the same in 2021. When I first started, it was really tough, and I struggled a lot. I kept coming back though because the trainers were, and continue to be, so supportive both on the exercise front as well as the nutritional and mindset aspects. Own it fit has been a really great change for my fitness. The trainers are motivating, the classes are convenient in timing and location and I genuinely look forward to getting up to go! Thanks OIF team
