I have been attending Own it Fit for roughly a year now. I spent 2020 on the couch as I got my head around the pandemic, and was determined not to do the same in 2021. When I first started, it was really tough, and I struggled a lot. I kept coming back though because the trainers were, and continue to be, so supportive both on the exercise front as well as the nutritional and mindset aspects. I so enjoy working out with the other trainees. Classes are such fun, and there's always a lot of banter and good humour that goes on.... read more
