I’m on my second year of having OWN Buffalo manage the apartment I’m in. Sean (maintenance) does not clean up after himself… don’t let him into your apartment without you there. He left my pipes exposed (after unthawing them) knowing that I have a cat- why try to create more problems for the person living in the apartment. Andrew is terrible with communication. I live at an Own Buffalo Property and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to call early in the morning on sunday due to an emergency situation. I was on the phone with Kristen, who was extremely snippy, condescending and straight up rude. She told me I woke her up from her sleep and yelled at me on the phone multiple times when I was doing my due diligence being a good tenant when I smelled a gas smell. Employees are professional and courteous. It is not an easy task to manage multiple properties with all different owners. With OWN Buffalo - as a prior tenant, any requests or communications I had were received in a timely responsive manner and promptly resolved. I would highly recommend their property management services. - Thank you!
This is a poor excuse for a rental agency. Staff made the procuring of an apartment more difficult than necessary, and when requesting administrative staff members your calls are not forwarded to said person and they do not return your messages. Staff is very unprofessional as well. Kirsten is a bad representation for the company. Swears her 😾 don't stink. Can smell it from here. Very unprofessional employees. Apartment needed work the whole Apartment floor needed repair was forced to move out never got are security deposit back or any response over the time limit
