purchased a car from Own A Car in Fresno, and I am beyond frustrated with the whole experience. Not only did they sell me a vehicle with undisclosed prior damage, but the dealership lied about the car’s condition and failed to mention anything about it at the time of sale. Horrible tell you they are going to help you get a car then when you get up their they run a credit check ask for an amount once they think you have more money they try to get more money out of you just a waste of time 2hrs for their greedy selves to have you walk away on them vowing to never come back
I received a jeep renegade from them about two weeks ago, At the time supposedly all the paperwork went through. I drove all the way from Bakersfield ca to get the car, Then two weeks later they asked me to come in and sign a paper. Just for them to say that something came back wrong with my paperwork and they were gonna have to forfeit the loan and take the car back. I told them they could pick up the vehicle and they told me that they would let me know and that I would receive my whole down payment back. They never notifie... read more
