Took my toddlers to their first optometrist appointments today and the team here was so impressive. They did a great job of adapting for littles and making them feel comfortable, while performing all the tests. The kids thought it was very cool. We’ll be lifelong patients here just based on this experience.

Sneaky. Surprise charges for unnecessary services they refer to as their “standard of care” - not nice to do to disabled patients. Be sure to discuss the full cost before making an appointment. * I see they have responded (and lied). True I had my own difficulties with Owl but in my review I was actually warning others on behalf of a disabled friend who had a bad experience due to surprise charges. Just a warning to others to establish costs ahead of booking appointments and what will not be covered.
I spent many years hopping from one optician to another feeling that each one wasn't thorough enough in my exam, but I'm glad to say I think I've found my long-term go to optician. They are comprehensive, communicative, thorough, and extremely gracious with their time. Would recommend!
Our whole family goes to Owl! The staff are fantastic and are always ready to go above and beyond to help. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else!
