If I could rate them lower I would. HORRIBLE customer service. My husband has been out of work for a MONTH now because they messed up his work clearance note and they refuse to fix it without him paying to be seen again. The woman at the front desk was an absolute jerk. She was so uncaring. Her name was Latisha. She could not have looked more bored listening to me speak. We walked out after our FOURTH trip to get it fixed empty handed. I refuse to pay another $70 copay.
We waited about 2 hours to be seen and there were only about 3 people ahead of us- I tried to be understanding because Doctors always tend to be late. The Doctor checked my son for pink eye and an ear infection and prescribed him eye drops and antibiotics. The doctor was nice but when I got to the pharmacy to pick up his medication, the pharmacist said the doctor put in the wrong dosage and had the wrong pick-up date. They tried calling the doctor to get everything situated with the eye drops but never heard back from them. ... read more
It was my first time using Urgent Care, great experience. The PA and staff was great...
Was a little annoyed that the dr. Raised my bill $50 for washing out my ears with water. Otherwise ok.
My daughter was 6 weeks old and constantly throwing up Everytime she ate and eventually became extremely dehydrated. I took here to owl now and they said she had strep which is impossible for a baby that young to get. They sent us home with antibiotics and 3 days later and nothing had changed. I was frantic and felt helpless cause I didn't know what was wrong with my baby girl. I have been to Owl Urgent Care several times in the last two years. Receptionist, nurses, technicians and doctors are wonderful, and some of the best professionals I have been medically treated by. Thank you all!!
I brought my grandson in, he got sicker a couple days later. I spoke with Tracy, she was awesome, took very good care of all my questions, told me what to get for him. It all worked wonderful! Thank you Tracy, you gave me piece of mind after all your help! I felt confident in her recommendations. I recommend
Go here better instead of the ER the staff is awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Went in worried about my daughter only to be told by Gregory Pittman, PA. That I'm going to cause my daughter to get cancer because I wanted an X-ray done. I will never go back there and I would never recommend for someone to go there.
