My experience was okay the dentist is very knowledgeable about his profession,However I was charge an extreme about of money up front and my insurance will bill at the same time . They don’t do pre authorization so that you can know how much you need to pay along with your insurance. The woman at the front desk is extremely nasty ! Rude and disrespectful . This dental Clinic price is outrageous for checkup in which I believe my insurance cover 100% of my checkup every year but to my surprised I was that told that my insurance only covered 60% and I have to pay 40% then I said no problem because I was in pain so I don’t have any choice, both the front end desk and the dentist work ethics is zero all what they care about is money and very big price compare to others. Will advice to stay away from this location.
