My father has been a patient here for over a year. I have had to call repeatedly to have someone contact him regarding concerns, need to be seen and test results. I was on hold for over an hour and was hung up on twice. The last time they called ONCE and then let my father go with a UTI without notifying him until I called in. There is NO respect there for patients, He is just a number and a paycheck.

I have been a patient of Dr. R. Scott Owens for almost 30 years. He has always treated me with the upmost kindness and care. His knowledge and expertise is wonderful.
Office atmosphere was good. Front desk staff were friendly and expeditious. Dr. Owens was insightful, professional, clear and concise yet relaxed and enjoyable to talk with regarding all issues and concerns.
Dr. Owens has treated me for kidney stones for about 4 years now. I like him better than any Dr. I have ever had for any of my several issues. Sometimes he is rushed for time as he has a busy schedule but takes time to make me feel he is truly concerned for my issues. He has a super nice personality that adds to the great experiences I have had through lithotripsy and other stuff I have had to go through. I highly recommend him!

I've been dealing with kidney stones, I feel relaxed every time I had to get the laser lithotripsy done. Dr. Owens is amazing I didn't have much pain this time but my others I had a lot of pain and he helped me feel better. Thank You so much.
