Amazing Service and Amazing food! We never leave disappointed from Owens. True Outer Banks Decor and using Outer Banks Fresh Seafood, and prime cuts of meat... you can't go wrong eating here. I'm a self professed seafood snob, and only eat seafood in restaurants that serve fresh and local whenever possible. This is why Owens Restaurant is our special treat and most favorite restaurant on the OBX!
