Went to dinner tonight with friends and the waiter we received just seemed flustered and in a rush. He got our orders mixed up, one guest asked for medium rare prime rib and it came out rare. I asked for fried oysters and received fried shrimp. Then I was asked to scrape the shrimp off onto a small plate so he could correct the issue. A friend of mine took me here for the first time this evening as a "Thank You" for helping him. I must say I was very disappointed in the service we received. I ordered the special which was Prime Rib with a choice of fried shrimp or fried oysters (I chose the oysters). I ordered my prime rib medium rare and when it came out it was extremely rare. RecommendedI had the prime rib special which came with very delicious fried shrimp. It was the tastiest dinner I have had in a while. Service was excellent. We will come back.
Given inaccurate information about Thanksgiving buffet, and no attempt to rectify error. In fact, they did not respond to my message. Need to take better care of customers.
