Medication is due to be filled, I arrive in the morning and am told “there are 60 fills before mine in the queue”. I look around, I don’t see 60 customers waiting to be served, it’s just me. What I do see is every single pharmacy tech standing around, leaning on counters gossiping about who knows what, definitely not doing any actual work! I understand having a “queue” but when a customer has made the trip to the store, is standing in front of you, why send them away only to have to make a second trip? Very frustrating. worst pharmacy ever won't use or recommend any more
Every month i am supposed to ge a 30 day prescription of C.O.P.D. medication yet the only give me a 6 day sypply and i have to debate negotiate to get the rest yet they only give me another 6 days, it messes with my insurance and they deny it sometimes because i they go on frequency not quantity and it costs me far more than it should
No, they're not the quickest Pharmacy in town. Nor are they reliable about answering the phone. But it's 2023, and all healthcare staff are over-worked! (We're doing our best!) They're short-staffed, yet they are ALWAYS FRIENDLY here! Resourceful. A crucial medication isn't covered by my insurance, yet the staff are incredibly helpful in making it as affordable as possible for me!! A huge thank you to the pharmacist, SKYLAR!
