They are always trying to get the best deal. At least most. I did have one lady who doesn't ask to put on my points. I'm like that's over a hundred points
They have three employees working and still had the drive thru closed.
Medication is due to be filled, I arrive in the morning and am told “there are 60 fills before mine in the queue”. I look around, I don’t see 60 customers waiting to be served, it’s just me. What I do see is every single pharmacy tech standing around, leaning on counters gossiping about who knows what, definitely not doing any actual work! I understand having a “queue” but when a customer has made the trip to the store, is standing in front of you, why send them away only to have to make a second trip? Very frustrating.
