Ii really appreciated getting a personal phone call from the pharmacy tech at Owen’s yesterday. She let me know that my medication was on order and they didn’t know when it would be in. This gave me a chance to look elsewhere. I love that she took the time to call and I didn’t just get a text or notification from the app.
Easy and convenient. Never make you wait long. Unless something has to be ordered. Although notification never came through on my last prescription and I had no idea it was ready for pick up..
Always Helpful with insurance and filling prescriptions on time. The employees are friendly as well as Helpful.
