Ur customer service IS OUT OF THE PHILLIPINES WHO BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH THEN WANT TO CHARGE U FOR THINGS U DO NOT WANT LIKE SUPPLIES FOR A SLEEP APNEA MACHINE.....15 CALLS LATER AFTER EXPLAINING THIS TO THEM NUMEROUS TIMES THEY STILL SEND THE STUFF THEN CHARGE U UNGODLY AMOUNTS NOT TO MENTION IVE OWNED MY MACHINE FOR 5 MONTHS SO THERE IS NO REASON FOR ME TO EVEN BE DEALING WITH THEM STILL!!!!
