The worst attorney, you could EVER hire. Timothy spend 2 years telling me that I had a strong possibility of having my charges dropped down, if I complied to the courts demands, only to wait until the Sunday before my Tuesday court case to tell me that in actuality, getting the charges dropped down” rarely happens”. He does not advocate or negotiate with the prosecutors, will literally take whatever is given to you and tuck his tail. Is extremely uneducated on the laws, and fees associated with DUI cases. I have nothing bad to say about this guy at all. Mr. Owens is the best of the best. He literally communicates effectively & knows exactly what he’s doing & is very well connected as a lawyer. Out of all the lawyers I spoke with he made me feel the most comfortable especially with his knowledge & confidence…he gained my trust. He did exactly what he said he was going to do when it came to my first DUI charge. I’m happy with the outcome & would recommend his service. Job well done.
I am extremely grateful for Mr. Timothy Owens. His experience and knowledge are unmatched, and he truly knows how to fight for his clients. I was facing about five charges, and after two years, he successfully negotiated with the prosecutor to dismiss the most serious ones. In the end, I walked away with just two misdemeanors that won’t significantly impact my record.
