Bldg is not being kept clean, work orders are not being taken care of all due to the fact that manager and maintenence are taking care of 2 building's. There are alot of leaks in building causing g black mold to grow. It is very embarrassing to have family and friends come visit because of it being so unkept. Residents are not allowed to make this bldg. a home with flowers outside. The grounds are not taken care of. There are weeds growing everywhere. Bushes need trimmed. Very nice apartments here at Owens Greene the manager is very helpful and very friendly always greets you and ask how you are doing she is doing a wonderful job.......I just wish we were allowed to have a gazebo or something for cover for us people that smoke would be a great blessing ....I love it here at Owens Greene 😌
The apt setup is great especially the Handicapped accessible units. Ava the property manager is Awesome !
