This place has become a joke. Let’s book 50 trucks, park them all the way up the street and keep them 6 hours.
Came here for the first time to get loaded and every worker I came in contact with was very nice and professional. Dude I checked in with today was awesome so was the forklift driver. I actually drove to the wrong entrance and a worker on his way out helped by spotting me as I backed out to the road. Really nice coming here besides that Atlanta traffic..
This facility just started a new way to load truckers!!! MAJOR FLAWS!!! NO bathroom facilities at all while waiting 3 HOURS now!!
Check in is quite confusing. Here is what you need to do: - CHECK IN AT 5400 Fulton industrial BLV SW - Drive all the way in til the end of warehouse were you will find a sign and need to scan a QR CODE - once you have scanned code you need to fill form with your name, email, and phone number. - then you will receive a message saying to “Stay on this page to get notified when it's your turn”. - there you need to check on the message bottom were you need to write: pick up number, trailer and truck number, broker name, where a... read more
