I don’t know anything about their business, but I do know that they’re driving is ridiculous. This driver was driving a branded silver Chevy Silverado, hauling a TRAILER, not only cut me off in traffic without warning, forcing me to swerve into the lane next to me just to avoid colliding with the trailer.But I also witnessed him cut off about 2 to 3 other drivers while driving through North Druid Hills. 1 star cuz im so damn fed up with everyone going to these mobile check ins through a service that collects your damn data. The service always sucks. You scan the damn code and go to sign in and it tells you nothing on what you gotta do to check in. Now, since they went to these automated bullshit services, you cant even go to the shipping desk and ask questions. You are now doomed to just sit in your truck until you piss someone off because you're blocking everyone. Bring back the good old fashion ways of checking in.
This place has become a joke. Let’s book 50 trucks, park them all the way up the street and keep them 6 hours.
Came here for the first time to get loaded and every worker I came in contact with was very nice and professional. Dude I checked in with today was awesome so was the forklift driver. I actually drove to the wrong entrance and a worker on his way out helped by spotting me as I backed out to the road. Really nice coming here besides that Atlanta traffic..
