I wouldn’t even give it a star but I had to. I rent an apartment from this company and the upkeep to it is non existent. I’ve written letters and make numerous phone calls and he will return my calls WEEKS later when it comes to fixing things. I’ve had to beg for pest control and currently trying to get him to take care of the appearance of these apartments.
