Owen's is Chino's top quality food, romantic ambiance, fun experience restaurant all in one. Denise and James have made their dream our dining pleasure. Every meal is special, and every special occasion is a must at Owen's.
Have been fortunate enough to travel and dine in many countries and amazing restaurants, and in my opinion Owen's food is absolutely amazing. If you love creative food bursting with flavors and textures, this place will quickly become your favorite. James is an artist with food, and Denise is welcoming and friendly. Music has always been fun, providing great atmosphere. Can't wait to get back and enjoy the newest creations.
