Brock and Owen recently helped us sell our home in Sooke and made the process very smooth, while keeping us up to date with any changes, and answering all of our (Many) questions. The property had tenants which made their job more difficult but they communicated with them effectively and took their schedules into consideration while scheduling viewings, and discussing with the buyers realtors regarding Leases in place, etc. We had a great experience and plan to use Compass Realty Group again in the future.
After being in our home for over 31 years, we had many questions about the process of selling a house in these uncertain economic times.
