This place is full of sneaky follow up fees and they will do sneaky costly examinations on your animal without consulting you (and when you deliberatly ask to not have them). They asked me if anytning was wrong with him and I said "yes he has ear mites & he gave it to my other cat", they swabbed his ear without telling me it was going to cost anything let alone $30, just for the results to come back negatice? My poor kitty has AIDS and the vet was the absolute best I felt no pressure to put her down or spend tons of money on tests that wouldn’t help her treatment plan I’m so glad I found them and my kitty is feeling much better
