Staff was friendly and welcoming. I was given comprehensive procedure outlines and wasn't pressured or made to feel bad about my decisions.
You wonderful people have now looked after 2 of my fur babies and I have never felt more like a family member than I have going into your clinic. Everything that needed to be done was explained and estimates were given. Lucy is doing great back to her old self and George is resting peacefully and out of pain. It was a very tough day on Monday for both me and my husband but all of your staff was very comforting and I feel truly cared about us and the needs for George. Thank you for all you do.
