The clerks barely answer the phones past 2 pm and when they do it feels like we are interrupting their time
Tried to get into the after hours clinic that doesn't start taking calls until 5 PM... phoned at 5:01 and got an automated message that the clinic was "full" and no longer taking calls. How it could've entirely filled up within one minute of the phone lines opening is beyond me, but if you're considering trying to get in, don't waste your time.
Awful reception every time. Terrible attitude for zero reason. No matter how polite I am, they are rude, aggressive and power trip. I have been there about 3 years. Just awful. They mess up appointments..with no apologies just massive attitude. There is no grace as far as being kind or polite. They are very judgemental tooI I just called 2 days ago for a very important MRI result I have been waiting for weeks for, they made an appointment for the following day at 1pm.
