Staff make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Rude staff, they interrupt you. Extremely poor customer service skills.
Takes forever to get through…. I hang up most days

The Ocean platform has never worked for me. Trying to make an appointment and I fill everything in an it stalls, done. A waste of time. FIX IT ALREADY!
Bright, inviting space, professional and efficient staff, amazing physicians. Easy booking online or by phone (even if phone wait times can be long sometimes) Sorry to everyone who hasn't had a good experience here but it's been a gem for our family for years. Great location too! Nice to walk by the harbour before or after an appointment.
