Excellent imediate health care and tests when needed in one location with profesional, considerate contacts and doctors
My doc, is amazing. Staff. Not so much. They are on strike right now. Not answering the phones. Not passing messages or refills to the doctors. It's been 5 days I've been waiting for my meds. I can't even get someone on the phone. Absolute fail. Absolute. This is not how you run a medical practice.
Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Constant fight to get their phone system to work. Always " # not available", or automatically hangs up on you....... Great new system they have spent more money on! Tells you what # you are & estimated hold time. 55 minutes waiting then when your time comes, the still disconnect your call. BUT!!!!!!!!!! If you are rude to them, you can be kicked out of practice. Great system we pay for!
Staff make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Rude staff, they interrupt you. Extremely poor customer service skills.
