Didn't catch his name. Excellent service. Didn't guarantee he could fix my phone, but was fairly certain what the issue was just by looking at it. Battery was swelled, but had been for months before it quit working, and it quit working after I dropped it. He told me two possible issues, and I left it with him. He calls me to let me know it's fixed. I go in to pick it up, and he was very honest with me. My partner broke their iphone screen so I went to IRepair and Harry was amazing! Not only did he fix the screen within a couple hours for an extremely reasonable price but he also changed out the battery, which was on its last leg. Harry was very kind and caring, providing great customer service.

Harry is friendly, professional and very good at what he does. The fact that he does excellent work at a fair price is few and far between in 2023. He had me up and running quickly and I thought that it wasn't possible. Do not hesitate to bring your phone/tablet repair needs to him, you will not be disappointed.
