Excellent experience at Owen Sound Hyundai. Zak made sure the purchasing process is smooth and covered all important bases. Rebbecca went above and beyond in resolving Service Ontario and paperwork issues. They were both professional and made the entire purchasing process easy. Paul is leading and driving a great culture at the dealership! The service team is helpful and friendly. What really stands out is the dealership’s genuine focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Highly recommend Owen So... read more
Zak was very exceptional to deal with and so was the dealership as a whole. I purchased a 2019 F150 and the dealership was great with no hidden fees like you see at so many dealerships. Just the price of the truck, taxes, and licensing. The process was very smooth and they did a fantastic job prepping the vehicle for pick up.
Amazing service from start to finish. Great pricing, great service and great staff! Thank you Zak!!
Dylan, our salesperson, took the time to show and explain the features of our new vehicle. He provided his phone number for any follow up questions we have.
