Had a transmission installed before and the lower Engine cover wasn't installed and now the bumper cover is cracked due to snow and dealer will not take responsibility

Sales guy was a beauty to be honest but place is pretty brutal to deal with. Was supposed to have a WHITE Santa Fe sold to me, on day of pickin it up was told there was now only the black one. Which has been an absolute nightmare. Window problems, trunk door problems, wiper problems, a/c and heating problems, radio problems, then list goes on and on. We just drove home with our first ever brand new car. From the first time we met our sales consultant Brendan, to the moment we drove off the lot, our experience was great! He helped with all the big decisions, let us know when our car had been built and when it was on it's way. Was 2 days before Christmas and my car broke down while visiting Owen sound from Brantford, from the first phone call that Dianne answered till I came in that day and met the staff Kathie ,Jaimee and Lois treated me with the most respect and a big shout out to Carlos the mechanic for dealing with my car and getting me on my way right before the holidays.
