Went in for a service, they checked the suspension for noises that I was hearing, repaired and provided recommendations for spring. A nice quick detail of the interior was nice as well thank you

The sales portion of Hyundai is a great experience 5/5. However, the service/warranty side I’d rate a -5/5 if I could. For those of us that have to drive well over an hour for a 5min diagnostic of something so simple for Hyundais confirmation before scheduling you in for a warranty repair is quite ridiculous. Your service team needs to look at incorporating a customer portal for photos/videos we can send you in advance for review so we don’t have to waste our gas money, kms on the road and time off work for something so smal... read more
