Did an engine replacement under warranty quick and efficient made the process much easier than anticipated
Branden was very courteous and helpful in explaining everything in our first time in a Hyundai vehicle. The Tucson is great and loving it.
Everything was great.. The only comment that I can offer for improvement is the small free candy that was left in the car with the thank you note. That was one of the worst candies I have ever eaten. Why not change up to something much nicer like a peppermint? Thx.
The staff at OS Hyundai Service Dept. are fantastic people who are a pleasure to work with! Not only are they knowledgeable and efficient, they are super personable and friendly. The waiting area provided is very comfortable with drinks and snacks provided as well as a tv playing whatever you'd like! Thanks for always being so kind!
