I got 2019 crv i took their Rust proplem manager look at did not care attitude. Told me to good ford see guy name paul not qualify doing job.low skill set. Call onwer dealer stay on hold 10 minute hang up this is typical behavior ownsound .so call business people service is horrible.. not going their again ..
A year ago O.S. Honda service department was great, completely different story now. Every time I call or ask a question I get the don’t bother us feel usually followed with a it’ll be $1K & we’re booked for 5 weeks.
