Beautiful Balloon Bouquet went out to our 90 year old at LTC in Owen Sound. Favourite colours, a butterfly and kittens included . Everyone was So Happy with the floor to ceiling balloons. It filled her room with Love . Great communication, professionalism and price. Thank you Owen Sound Flowers!
