This is an excellent gym. Clean, friendly and great equipment. My experience with personal training has been exceptional. The trainers took the time to understand my fitness/mobility goals and have made a big difference in my daily life. Thank you to the entire team at Owen Sound Fitness!
Front area is a bit messy, they need more place to put your shoes, especially if they let people leave them there. Otherwise amazing place with amazing staff. Friendly and welcoming gym!

Josh and his team are just the best of the best. I thoroughly recommend this gym, if you want a well equipped gym to work out on your own this is the place. If you need a personal trainer to help you with your fitness levels this is the place. Owen who has patiently worked with me for a year has improved my fitness levels and encouraged me to try harder.
Best gym in Owen sound, all the machines you could possibly think of with great friendly knowledgeable staff. Great selection of cardio bikes, treadmills and stair masters, no matter what your goals are this is the place to go to achieve them
