Dr Murgalis is fantastic. I highly recommend anyone, with any kind of dental anxiety go here. Him and Alyssa are amazing. He explains everything before doing it. This is the first time in 32 years that I’m not losing sleep over getting a filling. Thank you!
Wouldn't accept a new patient without having an xray. That should be my choice not theirs. When I explained we did not want an xray just to get a cleaning the secretary said "we'll this may not be the place for you" yikes! Good luck owen sound family dentistry because with that customer service you won't be successful
Won't return my calls to fix a problem that Dr Murgales created!!!! All a money grab for this dentist!
The Dr. doing the cleaning is not thorough enough. Takes him 20 mins only, and also I was overcharged. He charged for 4 cavities because it was 2 but they said it was between 2 teeth. He charged 1200 for 30 mins worth of fillings. I had to pay 600 out if pocket. In response to your response....I never said it was one visit. We were there multiple times and have chosen another company who cleaned our teeth for over an hour and did a great job. Also we are talking about the right dentist. Thanks!
