Lexington Clinic is the worst. Horrible patient service, rude office staff, and liars. No empathy or accountability. They are TRASH!!! They dropped the ball with my insurance and got my procedure denied because of incompetence. The office manager avoided my calls cause they knew they messed up. From what I have learned this office manager is a problem who has no concern or care for patients. My husband had him last year and did great. Absolutely no pain.
I had spinal fusion surgery last year, and it was very successful. I'm walking much better now than I was, and, as a person who loves to hike, I'm really happy with the result. Dr. Owen was easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
Dr. Owen performed a spinal fusion and laminectomy on my back on 11-1-2024. He and his team did a wonderful job and continue to help me with a few issues I've had. I highly recommend Dr. Owen and his team!
