He was the best my leg had hurt every day for the past two years my back hurt but I had surgery under him omg what a relief he was amazing I don’t get up hurting in my leg yes my back hurt still but not like it did I’m well satisfied thank you dr Owens!!!!
Consider going to a different facility. in January I was given an appointment for April, they then canceled that appointment because they said they needed time to review my MRI. they had a month and a half to review them, then 2 months after the date of my canceled appointment they called me up and told me they were setting me up another appointment for 3 months from now and I had to go get a new set of MRi's. 9 months for just the consultation. P.s. all I needed was a small hole put in my spine, very simple procedure. Save ... read more
Lexington Clinic is the worst. Horrible patient service, rude office staff, and liars. No empathy or accountability. They are TRASH!!! They dropped the ball with my insurance and got my procedure denied because of incompetence. The office manager avoided my calls cause they knew they messed up. From what I have learned this office manager is a problem who has no concern or care for patients. Apparently the Doctor or his PA have no idea of these issues or of them messing up my surgery approval. The Doctor and PA were both exc... read more
