Normally, he answers every question and don’t rush me out I put off surgery myself because I know hip surgery is big. I felt heard, and doctors attention was excellent. I did not feel rushed or brushed off when making statements or asking questions. It was an excellent experience from my perspective as a patient.
Staff at Bluegrass Ortho are very professional, thorough, and nice. I would recommend Dr. Mcgonigal and Abby the PA for other patients with the highest rating. Very well organized and a pleasure to be seen here.
Dr. Owen McGonigle repaired my hip labrum and cam deformity. He listened to me and was very caring during every visit including my surgery. He took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I would be completely crippled without his help and I am forever grateful for him. My hip no longer hurts at all. His P.A., Abby is also very caring and helpful. 10/10 recommend them both for Orthopaedic care.
