I was completely satisfied with the way my case was professionally and personally handled. I believe that Mr. Owen was concerned about me as a person and he explained in detail the nature of the Complaint and the possible range of outcomes. He then explained his most recent experiences of a nature similar to mine and then outlined the path that he intended to pursue. James Owen got the job done. I was given what I felt was an unjustified move over violation while driving through TN. I had a perfect driving record but this is a serious allegation that had the potential to add several points and increase my insurance. Mr. Owen got my case completely dismissed for me. Disappointed today 5/24/2024. This lawyer did not even show up in the court room for my case nor communicate with me after I left phone messages twice and text his firm once. Two minutes before the judge walked into the court room, another lawyer walked up to me saying he was covering Owen. If you do not want a heart attack in the court room with a thought that you would be alone to defend yourself, your best bet is to find someone else.
