Just visited Dr. Owen today for the first time. His office is very clean and his staff was very helpful. He addressed my concerns and needs about my visit. Although, I have two complaints. His secretary at the front desk (male, not female) was kind of rude. Talked down to me like I was a child and I even saw Dr. Owen get a little hostile with him for not doing his job correctly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.. It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
