I've been a patient there with Dr Lonergan since 1998 and have always received excellent care.
I’ve had a horrible experience with this organization. You email folks and they don’t get back to you. The folks that answers the phone are not helpful at all. When I call I’m always told that I don’t have insurance when I clearly do have insurance. I’ve found the Owen clinic to not be any help at all! I guess my best bet is to try another county to see if I can get any kind of help.
The front staff are always welcoming, and the doctors are professional and helpful with their testings.
I had a great experience with intake and everyone is very nice. Clean offices and fast efficient and sincere service
They take wonderful care of my partner James Hatfield. He is on Medicare Medi Cal and they do great by him!
