Had my daughter wedding dress preserved here and it turned out great . I would highly recommend the service . We had outdoor wedding and it rained they got almost all the stains out. As I am aware sometimes every thing will not come out . Not sure what happened to the young lady in the picture but looks like she tossed the box around ours was great
Do not trust your wedding dress preservation to this company. They took my dress, yellowed the entire thing in whatever cleaning process they used, and it was picked up looking like this. Not steamed. Not folded as the $200 keepsake service stated. Literally wadded up and crumpled in the bottom of a box 2x larger than it needs to be in. I’m beyond upset and will be telling literally every woman I know to ask their own local cleaners where they are planning on sending their dresses to, and avoiding this business at all costs.
I love this place! I’ve been taking my comforter to be cleaned for at least 4 years now and they do an awesome job and now put it in a nice storage case!! Thank you guys so much for the great work you do! I recommend you to anyone I know! ☺️
