Extremely unhelpful person that answers the phone. I called to make an appointment at my neurosurgeons recommendation to have spinal decompression due to a severe herniated disc that's causing severe pain. The rude receptionist stated they don't have any openings until April for a new patient. I do understand this as I'm a nurse myself. When I asked if she knew anyone in the area that may be able to help me faster she stated "I don't know anyone". I call BS.
