I've made a mistake when I went to pay my bill and paid way more than I intended. I paid on a Friday after hours and had anxiety about it all weekend. I had sent an email about it after I did it. I called Monday on my work break and Meghan had it all sorted for me already. I think they have great customer service and never had a bad experience yet.
