Had such a wonderful experience yesterday with all the staff in Ambulatory Surgery. My 13 yr old daughter had surgery on her knee and everyone made us feel comfortable and I knew my daughter would be well cared for. Thank you to everyone who was apart of the team that cared for my daughter!
They don't really listen to what or how the patient is feeling/ needs!
