My husband and I have just started training with Amelia at Owasso Training. This is a little hidden gem in Owasso. Personalized training, body scan and step by step guidance on each instruction has been just what we need. Amelia is so patient and always asks if we are doing ok. Come try them out!!
I signed up for the 3 times a week, 12 week, 1 on 1 personal training package at Owasso Training. Paired up with trainer Kelsey as well as Amelia who helped me get my nutrition on track. Fantastic experience. Kelsey is very knowledgeable and knows how to push me to my limits in both strength and cardio.
