Owasso Training is such a special place! Amelia is the best and gives such great attention to detail on what your goals are. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this gym and the trainers here!! I’m honestly obsessed. Highly recommend and by far the best gym that I have ever gone too. The trainers here genuinely care about you and encourage + support you in so many ways. The gym has great equipment that is clean and well-maintained. I definitely feel stronger since I’ve started going here and can’t wait for the progress that I’ll continue to make!
