i’ve been contemplating on writing this review. as i am in the service industry as well. however, the longer i’ve sat with this, i’ve felt like i needed to share my experience. preface: i knew my boyfriend was going to propose to me soon. not sure when, but soon. so i had made the conscious decision to get my nails done frequently. i was about to leave to go to a weekend trip with him and my friends so i went in to get a fill. the experience of me trying to get a fill was awful. i had gone in, and they had chopped my nail do... read more
I tried to give it a chance, all 4 times my nails were crooked or the polish was bubbled and sloppy in some places. I don’t feel welcome each time I come in. The only time I felt like someone was nice to me is when I got my pedicure done, twice. That service is what I think their best feature is. I do recommend that. I tried not to judge but oh well. I hope they improve.
Best pedicure I’ve had since I’ve been getting them at 11 lol
Bill did such an amazing job. I came in with something nearly impossible and he made it happen!!
