I had a wonderful experience. I was very very scared and dreadful of this appointment. And let just say it was absolutely AMAZING! the only pain I felt was the prick of the numbing shot. 10/10 amazing

My first root canal experience was nothing short of dreadful, so when I was told this week that I might need another one, I wasn’t thrilled. However, when I received a call this morning about an available opening, the receptionist made all the difference. She patiently walked me through every step I’d need to take if I decided to go ahead with the appointment, and her helpfulness was key in easing my decision to go in. I would recommend to all my friends and family. They got me right in, were very helpful in explaining exactly what was going on with my teeth. Very professional and fun group of people. Made you feel comfortable, Dr. Knapp and assistant constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok throughout the entire procedure. A great experience. Most importantly they were able to cure this awful pain I had in my tooth and get me feeling back to normal within hours.

Front desk answered any questions I had when I entered regarding billing. The wait time was short, and the assistant answered any questions I had. Both the dr and the assistant were very friendly, informative, and great conversationalist before/ after the procedure. The dr continually asked if I was ok during. I would definately recommend them. My regular dentist recommended these folks to me when I needed a root canal. Like most people I was super freaked out by the prospect of needing a root canal. I shouldn’t have been, this is a very chill place and Ashley and Dr. Delong were both funny and relaxed. It was kind of like if a super duper chill version of Matthew McConaughey was an endodontist, like extreme levels of chill. I found the procedure to be pain free too.
