So, not sure what is wrong with Owasco storage. Somehow, the spot allocated to our RV was occupied by another RV. Fair enough that our RV was in Owasco's service center for winterization, which they delayed and we couldn't bring the RV to the storage due to the snow and ice (we had already paid the annual storage fee for the spot in the storage lot). We cannot stress enough how disappointed we are with Owasco RV storage's service. Our Jayco Jay Flight 28 BHS RV was given a ridiculously narrow parking spot with a light pole in the center, even though we submitted our request four months in advance. We made multiple requests for an alternate spot, but nothing happened. The customer service we received was terrible, and we are beyond frustrated with our experience. We strongly advise all new first-time RV buyers to book a pull-in RV spot until you are familiar with parking.... read more
