We cannot stress enough how disappointed we are with Owasco RV storage's service. Our Jayco Jay Flight 28 BHS RV was given a ridiculously narrow parking spot with a light pole in the center, even though we submitted our request four months in advance. We made multiple requests for an alternate spot, but nothing happened. The customer service we received was terrible, and we are beyond frustrated with our experience. We strongly advise all new first-time RV buyers to book a pull-in RV spot until you are familiar with parking.... read more
Make sure you will be storing your RV for the full term of your rental. Even if you sell your trailer, no pro-rated refunds are offered even if you no longer need your spot. Access isn't 24hrs and the lot has had break-ins and trailers damaged.
