Absolutely the worst aesthetic experience I’ve had in over 20 years. I cannot stress this enough: avoid OVME. From the start, it was clear the staff was more focused on surface-level friendliness than actually knowing what they were talking about. Every person I spoke to gave me different information about the same membership program.
