I’ve been to OVME twice now for Botox & have had a great experience both times! They were able to squeeze me in last minute before a wedding, which I was SO appreciative of. They’ve also been incredibly understanding & flexible when I’ve had to reschedule. At my appointment yesterday, both the receptionist & my injector went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal, after I was recently laid off, which was so sweet & helpful. I have been seeing Haley for over a year and she is simply wonderful! I have seen great changes in my skin (reduced acne scars, improved brightness and tone, and increased hydration). Haley has worked with me to come up with an individualized plan to meet my skin goals. In addition, she is warm, empathic, and sweet so I always look forward to my appointments! I absolutely recommend OVME and Haley for hydrafacials!
I love going to Ovme. It’s a nice office with state of the art equipment. You’re greeted by Anna when you come in and she’s always very pleasant and good about booking my next appointment before I leave. Stephanie is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and great at what she does. She really takes her time when she gives me a facial. She’s also great at letting me know about the latest products, upcoming promotions etc.
Haley was so kind and my first chemical peel was quick and easy, great experience altogether!
The nurse injected my masseter Botox too high on my face and made my face sag for a couple of months until they wore out. I have never experienced face sagging after Botox before when they injected at the correct spot. Will not come back
