I went in the office as an emergency, they took me immediately and were so caring and I received the best care!! I’m now an established patient. I wouldn’t dream of going to any another Vision Center. Thank you 😊 Once again, I had to go to Dr. Ho office. Outstanding service. Wonder office staff. Thank you 😊

Dr Ho is the least helpful & flexible eye dr we have ever seen. He & Rachel have really complicated the vision care experience & our family of 4 will not be returning to this office. He was rude because I had good reason I could not dilate my eyes the day of the visit, which I told them when I scheduled my appointment. It took weeks to get my husband's prescription for his contacts & he refused to order him a one year supply as other doctors have always done for him in the past.
Dr. McDonald always has been kindly and take time to exam my eyes. He really nice and friendly!
I've been going to Dr McDonald at Oviedo Vision Center since 2000 - He is very knowledgeable and thorough and his staff helpful and kind. I get all my eyeglasses here as well and I rarely have a problem because the quality and attention to detail is so good. I've recommended Oviedo Vision Center to several of my friends who are now patients too.

I have been going to Oviedo Vision Center for years. They provide excellent care. Dr. McDonald and his staff are great. A few years ago my dad moved to the area. Just a few days in the area he had a red eye from a bleed. It was just about 5:00, but Dr. McDonald saw my dad and then called around and found a retina specialist who could see my dad that night and provide treatment. They provide professional, caring service!
