At the apartments we live in we have been bought and sold a few times different property managers in and out never wanting to address issues until overwatch showed up every issue we have had has been addressed in timely fashion with satisfactory results best property managers we've had so far keep up the good work overwatch thank-you
We just moved back to Alaska from the Lower 48 and needed an apartment ASAP. Overwatch was one of the only places to actually answer their phone (let alone return messages). Daniel helped us tour our apartment and got us moved in quickly. He really worked hard to get us what we needed, and we’re so grateful.
Edit: Added a star back because they kindly and thoroughly responded to me and were able to refund my unused application fee, thank you!! (Leaving a star off just because it was confusing and disappointing getting routed to dead-end emails and phone numbers and not being able to get a hold of anyone for over a week.
